Our client is a highly respected boutique independent financial advisory (IFA) firm, known for delivering bespoke, high-touch financial planning services to a select group of high-net-worth individuals and business owners. With a strong foundation and ambitious growth plans—including a clear path to £500m AUM—they are now seeking a Chartered Financial Planner to join their expanding team.

The Opportunity

This is a rare opportunity to step into a well-established client book and play a pivotal role in the firm’s next phase of growth. The successful candidate will:

• Deliver holistic financial planning to an existing portfolio of sophisticated clients

• Build long-term relationships based on trust, technical excellence, and proactive service

• Represent the firm at client meetings, professional networking events, and introducer engagements

• Contribute to business development and help shape the firm’s strategic direction

• Be on a clear pathway to equity participation as part of succession planning

• Full paraplanning and administrative support

What We’re Looking For

• Chartered Financial Planner (or very close to achieving)

• Proven experience managing and growing a client book

• Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, tax planning, and estate planning

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for client service and business growth
