We’re looking for an experienced Financial Planner who wants to build something. Someone who enjoys winning new clients, delivering exceptional advice, and shaping the future of a growing firm.
You will need commercial confidence, strong technical grounding, and the ability to build long term relationships built on trust. This isn’t a servicing role. It’s an opportunity to grow, influence and lead.

· Meeting new clients and building lasting relationships
· Designing and delivering holistic financial plans
· Generating and converting your own leads
· Working collaboratively with paraplanners and administrators to deliver exceptional client outcomes
· Mentoring and supporting team members as the business grows
· Continuously improving how we deliver advice
You’re the Right Fit if You…
· Have at least three years’ experience in a senior advisory role
· Are Diploma qualified as minimum (Chartered progression expected)
· Have a proven track record of generating and converting leads into long-term clients
· Believe in holistic financial planning rather than product pushing
· Own your outcomes and focus on solutions instead of making excuses
· Want to build something meaningful, not just hit targets
· Enjoy collaborating and contributing to a strong team culture
· Take a long-term approach surrounding clients and your own career
