Job Description:
Recruit UK is delighted to be partnering with a fast-growing Wealth Management firm, known for its client-focused approach and holistic services, including Financial Education and Mortgages. With a strong flow of clients and an expanding team, this is an exciting opportunity to join their Associate Wealth Manager programme in London.
This role is ideal for individuals looking to accelerate their career in wealth management, including those with two or more relevant exams passed and at least two years’ experience in a wealth management environment. You will work alongside a Senior Wealth Manager and their team, gaining hands-on experience while progressing towards Chartered Financial Planner status within 18 months.

Duties will include:
· Attending client meetings with Wealth Managers
· Managing action points from client meetings
· Carrying out Carry Forward, Annual Allowance, and Lifetime Allowance calculations
· Conducting investment analysis
· Preparing detailed cash-flow modelling
· Responding to client inquiries (technical and administrative)
· Identifying opportunities and referrals from existing clients
· Managing workflow through Salesforce and business trackers

Skills and experience required:
· Two or more RO exams passed (essential)
· At least two years’ experience in a Wealth Management environment
· Strong attention to detail
· Confident and professional communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
· Highly motivated, organised, proactive, and client-focused
