Senior Financial Planner | London, Manchester or Leeds | Permanent | Hybrid working
If you’re a Senior Financial Planner who values quality advice, long-term client relationships, and being part of a business that genuinely supports its people, this role is well worth a look.
This opportunity sits within a well-established and growing wealth management team that forms part of a wider professional services group. The business is investing heavily in its Wealth offering and is growing in a measured, sustainable way — with a clear focus on doing the right thing for clients rather than chasing volume.
The role
You’ll work with a high-quality and diverse client base, including private clients, business owners, and high-net-worth individuals, delivering holistic financial planning advice that’s thoughtful, personal, and long-term.
You’ll be well supported by experienced paraplanners and in-house specialists, allowing you to focus on client relationships and advice rather than administration. Collaboration is a big part of how the team works, and you’ll be encouraged to contribute ideas and play an active role in the continued growth of the business.
What you’ll be doing
- Providing holistic financial planning advice across investments, pensions, protection, and estate planning
- Building and managing long-term client relationships with a strong focus on trust and service
- Working closely with internal specialists to deliver joined-up, high-quality solutions
- Keeping up to date with market, legislative, and regulatory changes
- Supporting the growth of the Wealth team through referrals, networking, and strong client outcomes
What they’re looking for
- Diploma Level 6 qualified or Chartered Financial Planner (or working towards Chartered)
- Proven experience delivering holistic advice in a professional environment
- A confident, personable communicator with a genuine client-first mindset
- Commercially aware, with the ability to spot opportunities while always doing the right thing
- A team-oriented planner who enjoys being part of a growing, collaborative environment
What’s on offer
- Competitive salary with bonus and a strong benefits package
- Hybrid working with flexibility across London, Manchester, or Leeds
- A supportive, people-focused culture with access to experienced colleagues and specialists
- A high-quality client base and realistic expectations
- Clear progression opportunities within a growing Wealth division
If you’re looking for a role where you can focus on doing great planning, feel supported, and grow your career in a stable, forward-thinking business, this could be a great next step.
