Role: Junior Financial Adviser

Salary: up to £50,000 base + performance bonus (10-25%)

A respected, advice-led financial planning practice is looking for a motivated and client-centric Junior Financial Adviser to join its growing team. Key Responsibilities

Supporting and servicing an existing portfolio of high-earning professionals and business owners
Attending joint client meetings and gradually taking the lead on relationships
Preparing and delivering high-quality, advice-led financial planning
Collaborating with paraplanning and operations teams to deliver a seamless client experience
Contributing to events, referrals, and broader business development activity
Developing your technical knowledge, advice skills, and professional qualifications

Qualifications & Experience

Essential

Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (CII, LIBF/IFS, CISI or equivalent) — completed or near completion
Strong understanding of FCA regulation, suitability and financial planning principles
Experience within a regulated financial advice or wealth management environment
Proven client-facing experience and the ability to build trusted long-term relationships
Commitment to professional ethics and delivering outstanding client outcomes
