A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Financial Planner to join a growing wealth management firm, inheriting a high-quality client bank while benefiting from significant new business opportunities across Cornwall and Devon.
This home-based role offers an established portfolio of approximately 110 households and £45m AUM, allowing you to focus on delivering excellent financial planning advice and developing long-term client relationships.

- 70% recurring income from inherited clients during validation, reducing to 25% post-validation

The Role
- Manage and develop an established portfolio of clients.
- Deliver holistic advice across pensions, investments, retirement and protection planning.
- Conduct regular client reviews and identify opportunities for additional business.
- Generate growth through referrals and professional introducer relationships.
- Maintain excellent client outcomes and regulatory standards.
About You
- Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (minimum).
- CAS status and current SPS holder.
- Proven experience as a Financial Planner.
- Strong relationship management and business development skills.
- Chartered status preferred, although Diploma-qualified advisers working towards Chartered will be considered.
