A growing financial services firm in Harrow is seeking a motivated Financial Advisor to join their team. This role is ideal for someone looking to build long-term client relationships and provide tailored financial advice across a range of products.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide financial advice on savings, investments, pensions and protection products
Manage and develop a portfolio of new and existing clients
Conduct fact-finds and assess clients’ financial goals and risk profiles
Recommend suitable financial solutions in line with regulatory requirements
Maintain strong compliance and documentation standards
Generate new business through referrals and networking
Requirements:
Previous experience in a financial advisory or paraplanning role
Knowledge of UK financial products and FCA regulations
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Target-driven with a professional, consultative approach
Relevant qualifications (Level 4 Diploma or working towards) preferred
