You will not be expected to bring a client bank with you. You will be given clients and expected to manage them properly.The roleManaging an existing client bank including lower value, high touch clients and higher value clients who genuinely need planningOngoing client relationship management, reviews, and retentionPlaying a role in firm-wide projects including:Client charging reviewClient management process reviewBuilding a proposition for clients in their 30sWorking closely within a small team where collaboration mattersSupporting the long-term transition to a senior management teamThe environmentSmall firm, no corporate layersHybrid working: 3 days in the office, 2 at homeCore hours 10am to 4pmTeam-focused culture.
