Role Description The Senior Financial Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Beaconsfield. This position is responsible for providing comprehensive financial planning and wealth management advice to a portfolio of clients, with a particular focus on cautious entrepreneurs and retirees. Day-to-day activities include conducting detailed financial reviews, developing and presenting bespoke financial plans, advising on investments and retirement strategies, and implementing the firm’s “Cautious Blend” approach in line with client objectives and risk profiles. The Senior Financial Advisor will regularly meet clients in person, maintain long-term advisory relationships, monitor portfolio performance, and adjust strategies in response to market conditions and client life changes. The role also involves collaborating with internal colleagues, ensuring regulatory compliance, preparing clear documentation and reports, and contributing to the ongoing refinement of the firm’s advisory processes and client experience.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Financial Planning and Retirement Planning, with the ability to design tailored, cautious strategies aligned with client goals.
- Robust Finance and Investments knowledge, including experience constructing diversified portfolios and managing risk over the long term.
- Proven Financial Advisory experience, ideally in a wealth management or family office environment, with a focus on high-net-worth or retiring clients.
- Recognized professional qualification in financial advice or planning (e.g., Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning or equivalent), and appropriate regulatory authorization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust, explain complex concepts clearly, and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and a disciplined, cautious mindset toward risk.
- Ability to work effectively on-site in Beaconsfield, collaborate with colleagues, and uphold the firm’s family-office ethos and client-first values.
