Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated servicing Financial Adviser who is ready to review an existing client bank while also prepared to find seek out new opportunities. The Financial Adviser will be responsible for providing tailored financial advice to clients, which includes financial planning, retirement planning, and investment strategies. Responsibilities also include reviewing clients' financial goals, conducting thorough assessments of their financial situations, and offering solutions aligned with clients' best interests. The Adviser will maintain client relationships through regular meetings and ensure adherence to industry regulations and ethical standards.
The role will come with a basic salary which will vary dependant on experience. In addition to this, there will be OTE of up to £105,000 per annum. Full compensation package is available for discussion.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Financial Planning and Financial Advisory, with a proven ability to analyze clients' needs and offer tailored guidance.
- Solid understanding of Investments and Retirement Planning to help clients optimize their financial portfolios and secure their futures.
- Strong foundation in general Finance, including regulatory compliance, market analysis, and wealth management strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain trusted, long-term client relationships.
- Qualifications such as Diploma or Chartered Financial Planner certifications are highly advantageous.
- Commitment to ethical financial advising and staying updated with industry trends and regulations.
