This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Financial Planning Administrator, who is looking to take a step back to part-time hours (3 days a week) and work for a successful and quality focused company.
Key Responsibilities but not limited to:
- Client interaction: Meeting and greeting clients, providing exceptional service, and processing new business
- System management: Updating IO systems, including platforms such as Transact, Standard Life, Reassure, Aviva, and L&G
- Provider management: Dealing with clients, chasing providers

Skills and experience required:
- IFA Administrative experience in an IFA/Wealth Management company
- A customer-focused approach to dealing with clients
- Ideally experience with Intelligent Office
