Alexander Grace are a CII Chartered Firm located close to Junction 6 of the M42, the NEC and Birmingham Airport, we have been helping clients meet their life goals since 2001. We currently have just under £700m of assets under management and, as the Midland's hub for the Independent Wealth Planners Group, we are expanding rapidly.

A vacancy has arisen for an experienced Financial Planner due to two internal promotions and the future retirement of one our company founders. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right personable and professional candidate!

The successful candidate will be joining Alexander Grace at a time of positive change due to recent and future acquisitions and expansion of the Midlands team. We pride ourselves on delivering an excellent service to clients and do so lead by a modern, informal and supportive leadership team. We are now looking to grow our team further by recruiting an additional Financial Planner who will live in the Midlands area. This is an exciting time to join an established and expanding business who have a great working and client centric culture and are advocates of professional development.

You will receive full admin and paraplanning support and you will pick up existing long-standing relationships from experienced Planners, as well as building up new client relationships.

Skills and experience required:

  • As a minimum you will be CII Level 4 Diploma qualified.
  • A minimum of five years’ experience advising high net worth clients
  • Drive, determination and commitment which will be demonstrated in your everyday working practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, a big team player and client focused.
  • A proven record of success as a tied, restricted, or independent financial planner.
