Job Description

Recruit UK is working with a Wealth Management firm in Leeds who is seeking a Client Administrator. This firm hold an excellent position in the market and this role will involve supporting two financial planners, this role will handle end to end administration supporting the client journey in the life cycle of Financial Advice. There is ample opportunity to carve out a career within Financial Planning – including qualification support towards becoming Diploma qualified (CII).

The role:

  • Be main point of contact for clients and maintain positive relationships with them.
  • Update back-office systems and client records.
  • Keep the client and Advisers up to date to provide excellent client outcomes.
  • Request policy information from 3rd parties.
  • Liaise across operational teams when needed.
  • Prepare meeting packs and valuations for the client meetings.

Skills and experience required:

  • At least 1 years’ experience providing administrative support to Financial Advisers.
  • Financial Services knowledge and awareness.
  • Proficient with IT software such as Microsoft.
  • Strong work ethic and communication skills.
