The Head of Administration position will be a dual role, you will spearhead the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of their administration team. Alongside this, you will be supporting the paraplanners and financial advisers by providing technical administration support. 

This varied and dynamic role will involve leadership and team management, process optimisation, technical support, and fostering a culture of learning and development.


  • Salary ranging between £38,000 - £42,000 (dependent on skill set and experience).
