Aspiring to become a Chartered Financial Planner, advising clients on their finance?  No matter whether you are already a holder of your Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning or want to find a business where you can progress your career, Unividual are looking to hire a future adviser with a strong moral compass, bags of enthusiasm and a focus on learning and progressing themselves.

Established in 2000, Unividual is a family-run business with offices in Bath and London. We have 6 financial advisers (and growing) with a total team size of 20. Five years ago we set up our own in-house financial training institution called Unicademy. This is a space where ambitious individuals can enter the industry and either progress their careers in financial advice, people management or down a technical route.  This role falls under the financial adviser route.

As part of this role, you will work as a paraplanner alongside a financial adviser, learning the back-office part of a financial adviser’s role. If you are new to the industry with little qualifications you will start off as a Trainee Financial Planning Assistant studying towards your Diploma for the first year. After which you will be promoted to a Trainee Financial Adviser to study your Advanced Diploma. Eventually you will become Chartered and a Fellow of the Personal Finance Society.  All your qualifications and training will be funded by Unividual.

Upon becoming a financial planner you will have the support and training to run your own business within the Unividual financial advice framework.
