Recruit UK are working on an excellent opportunity for a Financial Adviser in the midlands to join an Independent Financial Planning firm in Bromsgrove.

Within the Midlands, the business has physical offices in both the west and the east midlands. They are in a position where they are now looking for an additional financial adviser to join their planning team. This role will be to support a senior Financial Planner in the company and assist with servicing existing clients and maintaining client care and quality relationships. As well as further business development and continuing to grow your client base from there.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Junior Financial Adviser or a Financial Adviser looking for additional coaching and mentoring, as well as clients readily available to allocate to you so you can begin to service these. This role can offer clear career progression and a long-term career opportunity, for a driven and ambitious, and focused individual.

This is a business that ensures their clients are provided with the advice they deserve, recognizing that each client is different and therefore tailor their services to the client and offer a broad range of solutions. Allowing them to best advise their clients without bias.

There is full back office support in place including Compliance, Paraplanning, and Administration.

Skills and experience required:

• Level 4 Diploma in financial advice
• Previous experience as a Financial Adviser/giving financial advice
• Background in achieving new business targets
• Driving License
• Passion for providing a quality service
• Excellent client relationship management skills
