Recruit UK are working on an excellent opportunity for a Financial Adviser in Cheltenham to join a Financial Planning firm.

This well-established Financial Planning firm put the client service at the centre of everything they do.  They pride themselves on building meaningful relationships and help clients fulfil their financial dreams. Due to growth within the business, they are looking to take on a Financial Adviser to join their tight-knit team. Experience growing your own client bank is essential, but they have got strong lead introducers and inbound referrals that you will be able to work with.

The firm has got exceptional back-office staff that you will be able to work closely with meaning you can focus on clients and developing a true understanding of their unique needs. The remuneration package is tailored to the Financial Adviser and the commission structure is 1x your basic salary. Should you not already be Chartered, the firm will provide you with full support for you to complete any additional exams.

Skills and experience required of the Financial Adviser:

• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning, working towards Chartered
• Experience giving holistic Financial Advise
• Experience building strong and meaningful relationships
• Technically sound
