Job Description:

Recruit UK are working on an excellent opportunity for a Financial Adviser to join an Independent Financial Advice practice.

This independent and directly authorised firm is looking for a new individual to join their thriving company. They’ve been very successful and this opportunity is an excellent chance for an adviser to build and develop themselves further.

They’re looking for advisers that buy into their beliefs and model, their number one priority is their clients. They’re efficient at looking after clients and providing advisers with new clients – this means this opportunity is great should you want to grow with the business.

They’re looking to grow at a sustainable rate, ensuring that individuals that join receive all the support they need and that the culture and values remain at the heart of the firm.

They’re offering a self-employed package with leads provided. They’ve an excellent lead generation model that they pay for and this certainly keeps their advisers busy. With an in-house leads team that book meetings it cannot be easier for advisers to keep new business coming in!

Skills and experience required:

• Level 4 Diploma Qualified
• Experience of advising
• Must buy into firms beliefs, clients will always come first
• No need to have a client bank however advantageous to have a following
