Job Title: Chartered Financial Planner

Salary: £100,000 – £160,000

Location: London / Home Counties

Reference Number: 13687

Do you feel you have reached the pinnacle of your career and are craving a new challenge?

Perhaps you are feeling limited, or a little too comfortable in your current role?

Or maybe you would like to be able to offer your clients something different?

These questions resonate a lot with Financial Planners and Wealth Managers who have spent their careers in large corporate firms. Whilst these companies come with their inherent benefits and perceived security, they often lack the freedom and autonomy of working for a boutique firm, where you and your clients are truly prioritised.

What could be next?

We are working with an award-winning Chartered Financial Planning firm in the heart of the City. Since they established over 10 years ago, they have pioneered and championed a successful fee-based model, which has proven its value during the recent market volatility. This aligns with their focus on a limited number of clients and high-value service.

Who are they looking for?

Having fine-tuned their client propositions and business model, they are now looking to grow their team of consultants. They are looking for advisers who have a desire to make a positive impact on the advice profession whilst offering their clients an unparalleled service.

This would suit an adviser who is well established in their field, with a loyal client base and established a network of professional connections. They do not expect you to build up a client base overnight, so will invest in you to allow you the time to establish.

They are looking for someone who shows a commitment to their professional development, having ideally obtained Chartered Financial Planner status or equivalent.

And finally, an adviser who shares in their ethos of a fee-based, client-centric model.

What do they offer?

They will pay a salary based on an adviser’s business plan, always preferring to maximise salaries over bonuses to ensure the focus always remains on the clients. Overall earnings are worked out as a share of the revenue.

They will give you the platform, tools and freedom to build and develop your client base. As you develop your business within theirs, they will build a support team around you in line with your needs.

You will also have the opportunity to join the board and influence the strategic direction of the business.

If the above has sparked your interest, and you would value an initial consultation to discuss this role further and establish if it could be a good move for you, then please get in contact.
