Job Description

Recruit UK are working with an established Independent Financial Advice company. Founded over 20 years ago they have grown into a successful business comprising a team in excess of 30. The team includes advisers specialising in Pension, Investments, Protection, Commercial Finance and Residential Mortgages.

Their aim is to help their clients build and retain the wealth that they create. They do this by working closely with their clients and, where appropriate, their accountants/advisers to seek the best way forward. They specialise in businesses, their owners and employees. They also have many clients with everyday occupations or who have retired, some even living abroad.

As an established company they are seeing an increasing number of referrals from professional connections and existing clients and continue to grow organically.

Our client is looking to recruit new advisers to ensure they continue to provide the high class service they believe their clients deserve. They offer a professional and truly independent environment for advisers to offer unbiased advice with a support structure to allow you to build your own client base within a recognised and respected brand.

Overview & main contract terms;

  • Self-employed IFA role. Level 4 diploma qualified or above
  • 60% of first £100K written in business year paid to IFA (initial and ongoing client fees)
  • 65% of next £100K to £200k
  • 70% for any fees paid above the £200,00

In house compliance team, with quick turnaround times on adviser queries . The fees paid by the adviser include PI insurance (excess will still need to be paid by adviser), FCA registration and all FSCS levies paid

Every adviser will be allocated their own desk space in the company's brand new modern offices. The office facilities include seminar rooms, client interview rooms, break out room and access to our admin, finance, case preparation and compliance team.

Commitment to remain ‘Independent’ with no in-house funds. The investment committee meet each month and review and sanction a number of multi asset funds and discretionary investment services. They are only paid for giving client advice, not providing internal platforms or funds to our clients.

Fantastic leads –  a long proven track record of helping the adviser team with client and professional introductions. Over the past few years their adviser team have enjoyed great success with ‘post code’ leads introduction service.

They are committed to helping their advisers build their own business’s. All clients (even if passed to the adviser by the company) are owned by the individual adviser and there are no amendments to their standard adviser fee structure– even if the introduction is given to the adviser
