Between them, they look after 200 Families with combined AUM of £350million. Their model is pure fee-based advice, with a selection of services available to meet clients’ specific requirements. They go for limited clients, high-value approach, which has proven very popular with both their advisers and clients They will pay a salary based on an adviser’s potential, preferring to maximise salaries over bonuses to ensure good practice (client focus). Overall earning generally work out about 1/3 of production. Potential for an adviser to join the board within a few years and help with the strategic growth of the company.
