Christie Financial Planning Ltd is a highly reputable and well regarded Chartered IFA firm in Glasgow. We have a new opportunity for an experienced Sales Support Administrator to join our company. Duties will include day to day administration such as processing applications, chasing outstanding information, dealing with external companies as well as assisting the Paraplanners (mainly individual Life & Pensions). Other duties include maintaining client information using Intelligent Office, commission and fee reconciliations and inputting client data onto various platforms which include Old Mutual Wealth, 7IM and Transact. A high standard of word processing skills is essential. You will also be responsible for front of office, dealing with telephone enquiries and meeting visitors and clients. Ideally you will already have passed some financial exams and you will be encouraged to progress with further exams. Any training will be fully funded by the company.
